Nevaton microphones are among the best studio condenser microphones in the world. All parts, from
gold-sputtered diaphragms to brass housings, are produced exclusively by Nevaton to ensure the highest
possible quality. Each microphone is assembled by hand and individually tuned by highly skilled engineers
in a small, yet specialized factory in St.Petersburg, Russia.
Many famous film and sound production studios are regular clients of Nevaton, including Lenfilm, Mosfilm, Mariinsky Theatre, St. Petersburg Philharmonic, and the Moscow New Opera. Generations of sound engineers have trusted Nevaton's quality in their studios and concert halls. Pink Floyd has used the Lomo 19A19, the "Holy Grail" of Russian microphones, and predecessor to Nevaton's line of products. Every Nevaton microphone is tuned and measured by Brüel & Kjær equipment. Several testing routines are performed in one of Europe's largest anechoic chambers, located on site at the factory. Considering that the manufacturing and testing process lasts almost two months, Nevaton offers an almost unbelievable price to quality ratio, and many of the units that leave the facility each month are already pre-ordered by customers in the domestic market.
