Nevaton Product Warranty
Nevaton® microphones shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. To claim warranty, contact your sales associate. All units must be returned to Nevaton prepaid with a brief description of the warranty issue and a dated copy of the sales slip or other proof of purchase. Defective units must be shipped to the following address:

Only the original purchaser may enforce this warranty. In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, the unit will be repaired or replaced at Nevaton's discretion. This warranty does not apply to damage or deterioration resulting from normal wear, abuse, misuse, shipping damage or failure to use the microphones in accordance with any provided instructions.
Nevaton makes no express warranties regarding its product other than those set forth herein, and all implied warranties, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON INFRINGEMENT, HEREBY ARE EXCLUDED. Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, Nevaton's sole liability for product defects shall not exceed the purchase price of the products. NEVATON IN NO EVENT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
